KELVIN M. URDANETA after completing his nautical training, he joined LAGOVEN , S.A. , one of the State owned petroleum company affiliates, progressing from Third Officer through Second Officer, sailing on petroleum carriers, such as crude oil, Products and Asphalt carriers. In 1993, joined PDV MARINA, S.A., the main Venezuelan Oil Shipping Co., progressing from Third Officer through Chief Officer. In 1998, joined 3D Marine Latinoamerica, C.A. as Marine Consultant performing various types of marine surveys, marine technical inspections, safety inspections, P&I surveyor, cargo loss control.
